The process begins with gathering glass, heated to an incredibly high temperature until it becomes molten and pliable. Skilled artisans carefully gather this molten glass onto a blowpipe, and with a precise technique, they blow air into the glass to form a bubble, which serves as the foundation for the ornament.
Once the glass has reached the desired size, artisans can manipulate it using various tools. Tweezers, paddles, and jacks are frequently employed to shape the glass, adding unique characteristics to each movement. Artisans layer glass colors to create captivating designs. We are thrilled to announce that our beautifully curated Blown Glass Gallery is open every Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM in November and December! 🕙✨ We invite you to come and explore our unique collections and experience the magic of our stunning glass work firsthand.

Glass Blowing Class December 18th

Are you interested in exploring glassblowing? Join us on Wednesday, December 18th, for a class designed for beginners and those who want to learn more about glass-making. Our skilled instructors will help you create a beautiful blown glass ornament. Come and enjoy the experience!

After class, your ornament will be annealed, packaged, and ready for pickup within 36 to 48 hours. We also offer shipping options if needed.

In our sessions, you will experience live demonstrations of various glass-blowing techniques and learn about the art of glassmaking. You will transform molten glass into a beautiful blown glass ornament!
